This method is here only until Core will be repaired (NULL_URI cannot be compared with other instance of an UESURI if the other instance is not invariable).

Parameters:

aFirst - First compared UESURI.

aSecond - Second compared UESURI.

Returns:

True, when both UESURI are the same, otherwise false.

Since:

UES6-04 TODO This method will be deleted.

isNullUri

private static boolean isNullUri(UESURI aUri)

Determines whether the passed UESURI is UESURI.NULL_URI.

Parameters:

aUri - Tested UESURI.

Returns:

true if the UESURI is UESURI.NULL_URI (either it is the same instance or the value of the UESURI is equal to the NULL_URI).
