getUesHome

Returns path to UES home directory (the directory may not exist). If the UES home directory is not set via system property, application uses environment variable and when there is no environment variable set, it returns default location of UES home directory.

Returns:

Path to UES home directory. The directory may not exist.

Returns if component containers should be lazy initialized.

Returns:

True if containers should be lazy initialized, else false
